HOW TO WEAR BLUE LIPSTICK

I've been loving bold lips this fall and today I want to share how I wear one of the boldest of them all, blue lips. My favorite blue lipstick is by Anastasia Beverly Hills Liquid Lipstick in the color Paint. Patience is key when applying a bold lipstick. Since this is a liquid lipstick, it will dry up and not budge - once it's on, it's on! I'd also recommend applying a lip balm before the lipstick for hydration. As for the eyes, go light with lighter eye shadow so the blue lipstick can be the main event.
